At LUMI Decore, we want you to love your home. If your new lighting or decor piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide your order number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all protective buffers to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and secure it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
