Most of our home decor items ship within 3-5 business days, while larger furniture pieces may take 7-14 business days to arrive depending on your location and the selected white-glove delivery service.

Currently, LUMI Decore ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
